Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Withdraw
If you order Wellaray Coffee as a consumer within the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. How to Request a Refund
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@strainingwash.world within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your name, order details and intention to withdraw. You may use a clear written statement (email is sufficient).
3. Returning the Product
Where applicable, you should return the product to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. Unopened, resalable products are preferred; if a product has been opened, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting any diminished value, where permitted by law.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your withdrawal request (and returned product, where applicable), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We may decline a refund where the request falls clearly outside the 14-day window, or where the product has been used in a way inconsistent with normal testing of its nature and characteristics.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@strainingwash.world and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return costs.
